When
Two Developers work together at one machine, People are the biggest issues.
Communication is the heart of XP. How to find two developers that work together
without problems? When selecting new developers from the market, are
psychological factors more important than technical knowledge? And what we do
with the old people? There are good developers who do great jobs alone, but We
have to train people to work with OOP, C++, MFC, COM, DCOM, ATL, Company
programming styles, etc… etc… What new kind of training is recommended to solve
those psychological and communication problems?
